ZJ Beny BCP is a value-focused AC EV charger with solar-smart modes, RFID access and a 6 m tethered cable. Choose 7.4 kW single-phase or up to 22 kW three-phase.
How it works, simply: a smart charger measures what your solar is producing and what your home is using, then adjusts the car's charging current so it soaks up surplus solar rather than exporting it.
It suits budget-conscious solar homes that still want app control and surplus charging.
For Queensland conditions: the manufacturer specifies an operating range of See datasheet, and its enclosure rating is IP65. In hot climates many systems reduce output at the top of their range, so we install out of direct afternoon sun with clearance for airflow wherever possible.

The manufacturer lists IP65. In Queensland we still avoid direct afternoon sun where possible, because heat can reduce performance, and we'll recommend the best spot during the site visit.
Charge speed is limited by the charger, your supply (single- or three-phase) and your car's onboard charger, whichever is lowest. We'll check all three.
